Rev Tony Kerin

Fr Kerin is an Adjunct Lecturer in Canon Law and Marriage Education in the Institute. Ordained in 1977, he graduated a Bachelor of Theology from the Melbourne School of Divinity in 1978. In 1988 he completed a Licentiate in Canon Law (Juris Canonici Licentia) at the Gregorian University in Rome and also attained a Diploma in Latin Letters. He has worked as a marriage educator since 1980 with Catholic Engaged Encounter.

In 1997 he was elected National President of the Catholic Society for Marriage Education. He is currently the director of the Tribunal of the Catholic Church for Victoria and Tasmania. He has written numerous articles on marriage education and enrichment. In 2001 he took part in teaching JP564/664 Educating in Sexuality, Marriage, the Family and Life in the Institute.
