The Thomas Carr Centre at 278 Victoria Parade has excellent lecture halls, seminar rooms and student common rooms. The Institute also has shared computers and study spaces for students. Access to the complex by students after hours can be arranged.

The Mannix Library has been built up over many decades to serve the regional seminary and the three teaching institutes in the complex. Arrangements have also beeen made with other theological libraries for access for the Institute’s students.
The Institute is levied per student per semester course by the Mannix Library. Upon payment of library and tuition fees students enjoy full use of the Mannix Library. Library hours are as published.
