  Enrolment, fees and scholarships
Prospective students are interviewed and admitted by the Dean following the receipt of the appropriate application and reports. Once admitted, students should enrol with the Registrar in the week before classes begin or earlier. In addition to the completed enrolment form students should provide copies of past degree certificates, academic transcripts, required references and two passport-sized photographs.
The following fees are for 2007:

    Enrolment: AUD$30 per semester
Library: AUD$20 per annum plus $20 per course (up to $100 p.a.)
    Student Services: AUD$30 per semester
    Tuition: AUD$600 per course
    Auditing: AUD$300 per course
Full-time students ordinarily undertake five units per semester for two semesters per year. This means the annual fees will ordinarily be around A$5220 for full-time students.

These fees compare very favourably with most Australian universities which charge Australian graduate students A$6-10,000 per year and international graduate students AUD$10-18,000 per year.

Fees are ordinarily payable in advance.

International students are usually fully or partly funded by their home diocese or some organisation in their home country. Full or part scholarships may in some cases be available for local or international students: application forms are available from the Registrar. For information on Australian Government Funded Scholarships and other funding sources see http://studyinaustralia.gov.au.

If a student withdraws from a course before the end of Week 3 the course will not appear on the student’s academic record and the tuition fee will be refunded. Thereafter withdrawal will ordinarily be recorded as a fail and no refund will be forthcoming. Enrolment fees and student levies are non-refundable.

Any change of courses must be approved by the Dean. A change from for-assessment status to audit status or vice-versa, or withdrawal from a course is not permitted after the mid-term date, except by approval of the Dean.
